Sales Price (Rental Fee): The price (tax included) is displayed on the details page for each vehicle and rental plan, and is confirmed via email at the time of booking.

Required Fees in Addition to the Product Price

• Child seats are provided free of charge. Please request one when making your reservation.

• Insurance is included in the daily rate.

• Extension Fees: Reservation extensions are permitted at the same standard daily rate, subject to availability.

• Fee for Late Return: A fee will be charged for late returns.

• Fuel Fee (for fuel shortfalls at the time of return): If the gas tank is not filled to capacity, a penalty of ¥5,000 will be imposed for every quarter tank.

• Repair costs in the event of an accident or damage: An insurance excess fee of ¥200,000 will be charged. It is advised to have travel insurance that covers rental car excess

• Lost or damaged car keys: ¥50,000

• Lost or damaged ski rack keys: ¥10,000

• Dead battery due to forgetting to turn on the lights or not completely shutting off the engine: ¥20,000

• Roadside assistance by Hakucar staff: ¥20,000

• Lost snow brush: ¥3,000

- Payment upon confirmation of reservation

- Or payment before or after use.

*The exact payment date will be confirmed via email at the time of reservation.

Service Date:

The vehicle will be delivered to the designated office or location on the reserved date and time.

Cancellation/Changes:

Cancellations and changes to reservation details are only permitted within the specified deadline. Free cancellation is available 30 days before the booking starts.

Cancellations after the deadline or without notice will incur the full booking fee less the fully refundable security deposit.

No refunds will be issued for late cancellations, no-shows, inadequate driver’s license documentation (such as no International Driver’s Permit) or unused services.

Regarding Refunds

Due to the nature of the service, we generally do not offer refunds after the vehicle has been used.

However, this does not apply if the service is no longer available. If we are unable to provide the vehicle due to availability, we will provide a refund.

Regarding Accidents and Troubles

If an accident, breakdown, or theft occurs during the rental period, please contact us and the relevant authorities immediately.

Compensation details and the extent of your liability will be determined in accordance with our insurance and compensation system.

商品代金以外の必要料金

・オプション料金（チャイルドシート、保険・補償等）

チャイルドシートは無料でご用意しております。ご予約の際にお申し付けください。

保険料は1泊料金に含まれています。

・延長料金

予約の延長は、空室状況に応じて、同じ標準の 1 日料金で許可されます。

・返却遅延による追加料金

返却が遅れると追加料金が発生します。

・燃料代（返却時の燃料不足分）

ガソリンを満タンにしない場合は、4分の1タンクごとに5,000円の罰金が課せられます。

・事故・損傷が発生した場合の修理費用等

自己負担額20万円

- 車の鍵の紛失・破損：50,000円

-スキーラックの鍵の紛失・破損：10,000円

-ライトの点灯忘れやエンジンの完全停止不足によるバッテリー上がり：20,000円

- Hakucarスタッフによるロードサービス：20,000円

-スノーブラシの紛失：3,000円

お支払い方法

・クレジットカード決済（Stripeを利用）

お支払い時期

・予約確定時に決済
・または、利用開始前／利用完了後に決済
※正確なお支払い時期は予約時にメールで確認されます。

サービス提供時期

ご予約いただいた日時に、指定の営業所または指定場所にて車両を引き渡します。

キャンセル・変更について

キャンセルおよび予約内容の変更は、所定の期限内に行った場合に限り可能です。予約開始日の30日前までは無料でキャンセルできます。
期限を過ぎたキャンセル、または無断キャンセルについては、キャンセル料が発生する場合があります。

※キャンセル料の詳細は、各予約時の案内または利用規約に準じます。

返金について

サービスの性質上、車両利用開始後の返金は原則としてお受けしておりません。
ただし、当社の責に帰すべき事由によりサービスの提供が不可能となった場合はこの限りではありません。当社が車両を提供できない場合は、返金いたします。

事故・トラブルについて

レンタル中に発生した事故・故障・盗難等については、速やかに当社および関係機関へご連絡ください。
補償内容およびお客様のご負担範囲については、利用規約および保険・補償制度に基づき対応いたします。
